Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data and dashboards stay preserved; Pro-only creation and editing features require an active Pro plan.

What counts as a data source?

A data source is one connected service or one uploaded file. CSV, Excel, and native integrations count toward the same data-source limit. Native SaaS integrations are included on Pro.

What if I exceed my row limit?

We'll notify you before you hit the limit. You can upgrade to a larger plan or remove older data. Your dashboards keep working in the meantime.

Which native SaaS integrations are available?

CSV and Excel uploads work on every plan. Native SaaS integrations are included on Pro. See the Integrations page for the current connector availability matrix.

What's your refund policy?

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid invoice, we refund the charge in full. After that, cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period.
