What we are building
DashViz is an AI-powered analytics product for business operators. Customers connect or upload business data, review how DashViz has read that data, receive generated dashboards, and ask questions in plain English. The goal is simple: make business reviews faster, clearer, and less dependent on fragile spreadsheet handoffs.
We are especially focused on the reality for smaller businesses: messy exports, limited analyst time, fast-changing questions, and data that matters even when it does not live in a perfect data warehouse.
Built for any industry
DashViz is designed for retailers, service companies, software companies, hospitality businesses, field-service businesses, back-office operators, and other small and medium-sized businesses across verticals. It is not built for any one industry.
Useful before it is fancy
The product starts with data a business already has: CSV files, Excel files, and exports from business systems. Dashboards are designed to appear quickly, explain themselves clearly, and keep the source context visible.
Plain-English analysis
A business should be able to ask direct questions about revenue, customers, orders, workload, costs, refunds, inventory, alerts, and other metrics without learning a reporting language first.
Security as product design
DashViz is designed to keep each Customer's business account separate, to check access before showing Business Data, and to treat uploaded data as content controlled by the Customer.
What DashViz is not
Some boundaries matter, especially for a reporting and financial dashboard product.
- DashViz is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, accounting firm, tax adviser, law firm, bank, lender, insurer, fiduciary, healthcare provider, or other regulated professional or institution.
- DashViz does not make business decisions for Customers, execute transactions, file taxes, audit books, render legal opinions, provide medical guidance, or certify the accuracy of Customer-provided data.
- DashViz AI outputs are analytical aids. They may be incomplete or wrong. Customers remain responsible for reviewing source data, validating outputs, and deciding what actions to take.
- DashViz is not a backup service, disaster-recovery provider, or system of record unless a separate written agreement says so.
Our product philosophy
Show the number
A dashboard is only useful when the metric, filter state, source, and time context are understandable.
Use AI carefully
AI is shaped to reduce reporting friction. Outputs are presented with their uncertainty visible where possible, and AI is not a substitute for verifying source data.
Protect the account
Customer separation, controlled AI access, and role-aware permissions are core product requirements, not future polish.
